How you receive your order
We offer convenient delivery services directly to your address. For added flexibility, you also have the option to pick up your online orders directly from our physical store in Hor Al Anz Deira Dubai.
Shipping costs
We believe in straightforward pricing. All shipping costs are a flat rate across the entire United Arab Emirates, ensuring no surprises or hidden fees regardless of your location within the UAE or the size of your order.
Delivery times
Your order will be processed within 0–1 business day. For deliveries within Dubai, you can expect your order to arrive within 1–2 business days. For all other Emirates, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.
Lost or damaged orders
In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, an incorrect item, or a missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and any relevant photos. We will promptly investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution in line with our policy.
