Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and all GCC countries:

• United Arab Emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
• Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) — nationwide delivery to major cities and regions.
• Other GCC countries — Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.

If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before ordering and we will be glad to confirm. Cross-border deliveries are subject to the import rules of the destination country, and certain products may be unavailable for delivery to specific countries where local regulations apply.

Orders are processed during our working hours, 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM (UAE time), seven days a week. Orders placed before our daily cut-off are usually prepared for dispatch the same or next business day. Orders placed on public holidays are processed on the following working day.

The delivery times below are estimates and begin once your order has been processed and dispatched. Actual times may vary depending on your location, courier schedules, and product availability.

Cross-border GCC orders may take additional time where customs clearance is required.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order, so you always know the total cost in advance.

Delivery thresholds are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED); the equivalent amount in your local currency may be displayed at checkout. The exact delivery charge that applies to your order will always be the amount shown at checkout before payment.

Customs & import duties: Cross-border orders to KSA and other GCC countries may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or handling fees applied by the destination country. Where these apply, they are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Once your order is confirmed, we will keep you updated on its progress through the contact details you provide. Where tracking is available, we will share the relevant details so you can follow your delivery. If you have any questions about your order status, you can reach us any time on WhatsApp.

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact number you provide are accurate and complete, and that someone is available to receive the order.

• If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available, our courier will attempt to contact you to reschedule.
• Repeated failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address may result in the order being returned to us; re-delivery may be subject to an additional charge.
• For certain products, proof of identity or age may be required at the point of delivery.

While we work hard to deliver on time, occasional delays can occur due to factors beyond our control — such as severe weather, public holidays, peak demand, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed and do our best to minimise any inconvenience.

We take care to pack every order safely. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with your order details and a photo where possible, and we will put it right. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details on returns and refunds.

We currently deliver within the UAE, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the other GCC countries (Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman). We do not ship outside the GCC at this time.

For cross-border GCC orders, please note that delivery times may be longer where customs clearance is required, and that the import regulations of the destination country apply. Some products may not be eligible for delivery to certain countries where local rules restrict them. If your delivery is outside our current coverage, we will let you know and arrange a refund for that order.

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our delivery services or partners. The latest version will always appear on this page with a revised date.
