These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and Al Jazeera Al Dahabiha Pharmacy LLC. They apply to every visitor, registered user, and customer of the website. Jazeera Health is the online presence of Al Jazeera Al Dahabiha Pharmacy LLC, a community pharmacy licensed and regulated by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), operating across three branches in Dubai:

• Deira (Head Office) — Shop No. 34, Al Zarooni Building, Naif Road, Deira, Dubai, UAE.
• Al Satwa — Meral Building 153, 6D Street, Jumeirah Garden City, Al Satwa, Dubai, UAE.
• Hor Al Anz — Shop No. 4, 21C Street, Telal Al Shifa Pharmacy, Hor Al Anz, Dubai, UAE.

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are purchasing products for lawful, personal use.

All products offered through Jazeera Health are sourced exclusively from authorized distributors and trusted brand partners, and are verified for authenticity before sale. We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredients, and pricing are accurate and current.

Product packaging, formulation, or appearance may occasionally differ from the images shown. Products should always be used strictly as directed on the label or as advised by a licensed healthcare professional.

As a DHA-licensed pharmacy, we dispense medicines strictly in accordance with the regulations of the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP).

Prescription-only medicines are dispensed exclusively against a valid prescription issued by a licensed practitioner at our physical pharmacy branches and are completely excluded from online sale, listing, or advertising on this website. The general healthcare, wellness, skincare, supplement, and personal-care products listed on this website are non-prescription consumer products available for direct online purchase.

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund for any amount already paid.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase, which becomes a binding contract only once we confirm acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order — including for reasons of incorrect details, suspected fraud, product unavailability, regulatory requirements, or quantities that appear inconsistent with personal use. Where an accepted order is cancelled by us, any payment made will be refunded.

Payments may be made using the methods displayed at checkout. Orders are processed only after payment is successfully confirmed. All online transactions are handled through secure, trusted third-party payment gateways using encryption.

We do not store or have access to your full card or banking details. You are responsible for ensuring that any payment method you use is authorized for your use.

We deliver across Dubai and the wider UAE. Delivery timelines shown on the website are estimates and may vary depending on your location, product availability, and courier services. While we work to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Full shipping details are available on our Shipping page.

Due to the nature of pharmacy, healthcare, and personal-care products, and for reasons of hygiene and customer safety, returns and exchanges are accepted only where an item is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email, with your order details and a photo of the item.
• The item must be unused, sealed where applicable, and in its original packaging.
• Once approved and the returned item is received and inspected, an exchange or refund will be processed.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 7–14 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider.

For reasons of safety and UAE pharmacy regulations, opened or used medicines, supplements, and personal-care items cannot be returned unless they were defective or incorrectly supplied.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that are misused or that breach these terms.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it in any way, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, transmitting harmful code, infringing the rights of others, or using the site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics, images, and design — is the property of Al Jazeera Al Dahabiha Pharmacy LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
