Ingredients: Vitamin D (as D3 200 IU), Vitamin E (natural source), Vitamin C, Thiamin (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Niacin (B3), Vitamin B6, Folic Acid, Vitamin B12, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Magnesium, Iron, Zinc, Copper, Manganese, Selenium, Chromium, Iodine, L-Cysteine, Natural Mixed Carotenoids, Grape Seed Extract, Omega-3 Fish Oil, Starflower Oil, Blackcurrant Seed Oil, Lutein Esters, Lycopene Extract, Co-Enzyme Q10.
